Zeido Technologies, LLC is committed to manage the use of chemical substances in accordance with governmental regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements in order to protect the environment.
Zeido Technologies, LLC flows down the requirement for compliance reporting for all purchased materials/components from our suppliers through Quality Provisions that are a part of the standard Zeido Technologies, LLC Purchase Order.

Core Conflict Minerals and Responsible Minerals Policy
Zeido Technologies is committed to responsible sourcing of materials used in the manufacture of its products. We support international efforts to eliminate the use of conflict minerals that contribute to armed conflict, human rights abuses, or unethical labor practices.
Consistent with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and internationally recognized responsible sourcing frameworks, Zeido Technologies seeks to ensure that minerals used in our products including Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold (3TG) are sourced from responsible suppliers.
Zeido Technologies:
- Maintains supplier expectations regarding responsible mineral sourcing
- Requests supply chain transparency from suppliers regarding the origin of 3TG minerals
- Supports due diligence practices consistent with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas
- Encourages suppliers to source materials from smelters and refiners validated through recognized responsible sourcing programs
Zeido Technologies does not knowingly procure materials that finance or benefit armed groups. We expect our suppliers to maintain similar commitments and to cooperate with reasonable due diligence requests.
